I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor and a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where I received my masters in Counseling. I consider myself a person centered therapist but my approach is mostly eclectic. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help build strong marriages and healthy relationships.

I believe in helping others reach their full potential. My main goal is to meet potential clients where they are and not make them feel more stressed after leaving therapy.
