I specialize in working with individuals and couples from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective. CBT is a well researched therapeutic approach that I use to help you identify, create, and live the life you hoped for.
I have years of experience working with individuals experiencing self doubt, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjusting to the effects of disabilities. Lots of times, these unresolved issues spill over into relationships. Thus, I also work with couples in premarital and marital counseling.
