Fayanna Johnson, MSW, LCSW, attended both Portland State University and North Carolina Central University as an undergrad. In 2009, she graduated Portland State with a Bachelor of Arts, dually-focused on Child & Family Studies and Black Studies. Fayanna worked as a family advocate, home visitor, and residential treatment staff before attending graduate school and attaining her Masters in Social Work. This degree allowed her to begin her clinical practice with focus on mental health. Fayanna is passionate about serving communities of color through mental health. Fayanna’s goal is to provide competent, engaging, therapy and consultation services. She treats adults, youth, families, and couples. Fayanna provides clinical supervision to upcoming clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors.
