Jacqueline graduated from Pillar College with a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling, Suma Cum Laude. She is a Certified Professional Integrated Life Coach through The International Association of Counselors and Therapist. Jacqueline is also certified in several specialties such as Marriage, Family, Couples Counseling, Grief Counseling, Anger Management Counseling, Trauma Counseling, and Crisis Intervention.

For the past 13 years, Jacqueline has served the Passaic & Bergen County community by providing case management, advocacy, tracking, follow-up and facilitation into treatment planning, access, and care through education, outreach, and screenings. Jacqueline also facilitates weekly group and individual counseling sessions identifying major life stressors, problematic behaviors, barriers to achieving goals, and ways to overcome them.
