I recognize each person as an individual and realize that asking for help is a big step. Thank you for taking the first steps in seeking help. I provide social and emotional support to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, substance abuse, and other life stressors. My focus is on seeing the client as a whole person, and not the circumstance they are currently facing.
My theory for counseling is an integrative approach which includes client-centered, emotionally focused, and evidence based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Person-centered, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness Therapy.
