Kristle J. Small is a licensed professional counselor who earned her Master’s Degree from Temple University’s counseling psychology program. She has since worked in a variety of outpatient settings, providing therapy to adults, children and adolescents. Kristle utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Experiential Therapy to help individuals suffering from Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders and relationship issues. She has become skilled in assisting others to cope with stress, trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

Kristle also has a special interest in working with young adults and adolescents who have difficulty coping with career decisions, work stress, relationship issues, body image issues/low self-esteem and other life transition concerns.

Kristle has a unique and creative approach to counseling. She acknowledges that entering therapy takes courage and strength and she believes in creating a warm and non-judgmental environment in which clients can be genuine and authentic. Kristle is able to engage well with her clients, challenge them when needed and provide humor and smiles when appropriate. Kristle is passionate about helping others to manage and cope with their issues and she sees it as her purpose to help her clients feel better and get the results they desire.
