Often, it is very hard to adjust our thinking to the changes taking place around us. I have had the privilege of working in different settings, with a varied group of people. I work with children and adults, providing individual and family counseling. I focus on a skills based approach so that I can work collaboratively with clients to develop their ability to adapt to change. Using therapies of mindfulness, acceptance and strengths-based skills, clients develop effective ways to cope with change.

My approach integrates CBT and Psychodynamic principles in a way that is both progressive and holistic, and based on continued communication and collaboration.
