I work with clients around a range of issues including relationship/family conflict, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and career challenges. My approach tends to be very holistic, combining modalities such as CBT and psychodynamic therapy with practical tools such as guided meditations, journaling exercises, and EFT to help clients experience compete transformation in all areas of their life.
