I am a Licensed Professional Counselor originally from San Antonio, Texas. I moved to Little Rock in 2005. after finishing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colorado Christian University. Prior to returning to graduate school, I worked with troubled teens at Youth Home, Inc. in Little Rock, and then transitioned to working with the homeless population at River City Ministry. In 2012, I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and also became a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I have a wide variety of experience working with co-dependency, substance abuse, divorce recovery (including children of divorce), adolescents, various adjustment issues, incorporating ESAs, and general issues related to feeling stuck. Most recently, I have been trained in helping families through a high conflict divorce. I love meeting people where they are, and joining each person on their unique journey.
