I have experience working with a variety of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and managing overwhelming emotions. We’ll partner together to help you cultivate self-compassion and move towards positive change. I have training from the Benson Henry Institute in a Mind-Body framework and often bring this perspective to my work.
